B2B prospecting
We help you reach the companies you want as clients, with messages written for them and sent in your name. A small number of well-targeted messages, always within CASL’s rules.
Meetings with the right companies
Your messages reach the people who actually decide, at companies that need what you offer.
A protected reputation
Every message is relevant, signed by you and easy to decline. Your name stays linked to professionalism.
Steady momentum
Prospecting moves forward every week, even when you’re busy with current projects.

What we do
-
The target list
Together we define the industries, regions and job titles to aim for, then build the list with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and public sources.
-
LinkedIn messages
Connection requests and messages written for each person, based on what they post and what their company does.
-
Email prospecting
Personal emails sent only to people the law allows you to contact, with a clear reason to write to each one.
-
CASL compliance
Every email says who you are and how to reach you, with an unsubscribe link that works. Opt-outs are honoured for good.
-
Reply handling
We pass interested replies on to you, ready for a call, and keep a clear record of every exchange.
What we’ve made
All our workReach the clients you actually want
Word of mouth brings good clients, but it doesn’t let you choose them. B2B prospecting turns that around: you decide which companies you want to talk to, and we help you start the conversation.
We send few messages, and we write them well. Each one builds on what the target company does and what you can bring them. People are far more likely to reply to someone who took the time to understand their business.
Within Canada’s anti-spam law
In Canada, CASL governs commercial email. We take it seriously, because your reputation depends on it. We only write to people the law allows us to contact, with a message related to their work. Every email clearly says who you are, how to reach you and how to stop receiving messages. Anyone who unsubscribes is never contacted again.
We bring the same restraint to LinkedIn: personal messages, no aggressive automation, and respect for the platform’s rules. And we never send mass email to purchased lists.
Lay the groundwork
Someone who gets your message will almost always look at your profile, then your website. A solid LinkedIn strategy and a clear website give your messages far more weight.
How we work
The conversation
Thirty minutes to understand your offer, your best current clients and the companies you’d like to reach.
Targets and messages
We propose a target list and sample messages. You approve them before anything is sent.
Sending
Messages go out in small batches each week, on LinkedIn and by email where the law allows it.
Replies and fine-tuning
We hand you the interested replies and adjust the targets and messages based on what works.
Common questions
Is it legal to email a company that doesn’t know me?
Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) governs these messages. You need consent, either express or implied. Implied consent applies in specific cases, for example a published business address with no statement refusing messages, when your message relates to the person’s role. We check those conditions before anything is sent, and for a particular situation, a lawyer’s advice is the best reference.
Do you buy email lists?
No. We never send mass email to purchased lists. Targets are chosen one by one, with a clear reason to write to each.
Are the messages sent in my name?
Yes. People should know who’s writing to them. Every message comes from you or your company, with your contact details, and you approve the tone from the start.
How long before I get meetings?
It depends on your industry and your offer. B2B prospecting takes patience, because business decisions take time. We review progress with you regularly.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the number of targets and the channels used. We discuss it after the free audit, for a specific project, with no commitment.
